A Leading manufacturing company specializing in RF connectors, cable assemblies, telecom products, antennas, automotive wiring harnesses and EV/high-power interconnect solutions is looking for a Customer Service Executive in Chennai.

Job Title : Customer Service Executive

Education : Bachelor's Degree (Any)

Experience: 3+ years

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage customer interactions and ensure smooth order processing.
- Handling RFQs, coordinating with internal teams, tracking deliveries, ensuring timely payment collection, and supporting audit documentation while maintaining solid customer relationships.
- Handle customer inquiries including RFQ and provide timely responses
- Prepare and submit quotations in coordination with internal teams




- Receive and process Purchase Orders from customers.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Planning, logistics) to obtain delivery schedules
- Follow up with customers for GRN confirmation
- Manage payment follow-ups and ensure timely receipt of payments
- Experience in ERP systems (SAP or similar) is an advantage
