About the role :

We are looking for a customer-focused and responsible Customer Service Executive to join our Delhi office. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customer queries efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Requirements

- Handle customer queries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally and promptly.
- Track orders, deliveries, returns, replacements, and refunds.
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and complaints.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.
- Provide customers with accurate information about products, orders, and services.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when required.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Requirements

- Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Service / Customer Support .
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.




- Good knowledge of English and Hindi .
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable handling multiple customer queries simultaneously.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Prior experience in e-commerce, retail, D2C, or FMCG will be an advantage.
