: After-Sales Engineer (India, Local Hire) Department: Overseas Marketing & Sales – India (New Energy Inverter) Location: India (local only) Position Type: Full-time, New role 1 Job Summary - We are looking for a basic-level after-sales support staff to handle troubleshooting and customer service for solar inverters and energy storage systems.
- The work content is routine and the position is stable. 2 Key Responsibilities - Provide basic technical support for solar inverters, batteries and monitoring systems
- Resolve technical issues via remote guidance or on-site service
- Assist with system installation, commissioning and parameter configuration
- Deliver basic technical training to business partners
- Track operating status of equipment and compile regular basic reports
- Cooperate with on-site inspection work as required 3 Job Requirements - Bachelor’s degree majoring in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or Renewable Energy Minimum 1 year relevant working experience
