The candidate will be responsible for welcoming customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our steel door products, and assisting them throughout their showroom visit.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable steel door options.
- Explain product features, designs, prices, and available options.
- Handle customer enquiries through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries and quotations.
- Maintain customer details and enquiry records.
- Ensure a skilled and welcoming showroom environment.
- Assist in converting customer enquiries into sales.
