Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote automobile sales, services, and offers. Handle inbound inquiries related to vehicles, financing, insurance, accessories, and after-sales service. Generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule showroom visits or test drives.
Follow up with potential and existing customers for sales closures, service reminders, renewals, and feedback collection. Maintain and update customer database (CRM) with accurate call records and interaction details. Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure smooth customer handover and after-sales support.
Share details about promotions, new launches, exchange offers, and service camps. Resolve basic customer queries politely and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department. Meet daily/weekly/monthly call targets, lead generation targets, and conversion goals.
Maintain professionalism, courtesy, and a customer-focused approach during all interactions.
Key Skills &
Competencies: Excellent verbal communication skills Should be fluent in English & Kannada Good listening and persuasion skills. Basic knowledge of automobiles, financing, and service processes (training will be provided). Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude. Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office tools. Strong customer service orientation and ability to work in a team.
Qualifications &
Experience: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline. Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or automobile industry preferred. Freshers with positive communication skills may also apply.
