Salary
Freshers
- CTC: 16,200
- Take Home: 15,700 (NATS)
Experienced (6 Months1 Year)
- CTC: 23,000
- Take Home: 17,500
Transportation
- Two-way cab transportation OR
- 2,000 transport allowance
Role Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls.
- Understand and resolve customer queries professionally.
- Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate unresolved concerns when required.
- Complete transactions and maintain accurate documentation.
- Identify customer requirements and cross-sell suitable products.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and quality.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication in English Hindi
- SVAR Score: 50+
- Valuable customer-handling and telephone etiquette
- Active listening skills
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office familiarity
- Good decision-making, logical reasoning and numerical ability
- Patience, empathy and a customer-oriented approach

- Graduation is mandatory.
- Intermediate pass-outs are not eligible .
- Candidates currently pursuing higher education are not eligible .
