Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Understand customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Provide information about products and services.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Assist with sales/cross-selling where applicable.
- Achieve assigned performance and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer information and call records.
Eligibility
- Education: 12th Pass or Graduate
- Experience:
0–3 years; Freshers can apply
- Age: 18–30 years
- Languages: English + Hindi + any one South Indian language
- South Indian languages such as Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam will be preferred.
- Good verbal communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge required.
- MS Excel knowledge is an advantage.
