Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential or existing customers to generate sales, follow up on inquiries, or provide customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers.
- Answer incoming calls and resolve customer queries.
- Promote products/services and explain features and advantages to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and follow-ups.
- Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team if required.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets and sales goals.
- Follow communication scripts and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Handle customer objections or complaints calmly and professionally.
- Provide information about new offers, deals, or services.

Requirements:





- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass or Graduate.
- Proven experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in [insert preferred language(s)].
- Ability to handle rejection and remain calm under pressure.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems, etc.).
- Good listening skills and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to multitask and meet targets.

Preferred Skills:

- Fluency in multiple languages.
- Prior experience in BPO, telesales, or customer service.
- Knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
