We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Executive to join our team , responsible for providing exceptional service to customers seeking secured business loans (Micro LAP). The ideal candidate will have a solid background in customer service and experience with micro LAP products.

Roles and Responsibility

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to secured business loans.

- Provide excellent customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase repeat business.

- Identify new business opportunities and refer them to the sales team.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.





- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in the financial industry.

- Strong knowledge of micro LAP products and secured business loans.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Experience working with CRM software is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹9,887.15 - ₹27,988.43 per month
