About the Role To handle patient enquiries through calls and digital channels, generate and qualify leads, schedule consultations, conduct timely follow-ups and ensure accurate lead management to support patient acquisition and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing calls from new and existing patients.
- Respond to enquiries related to hair transplant, plastic surgery and aesthetic treatments.
- Understand patient requirements and appropriately qualify leads.
- Schedule and confirm doctor consultations and appointments.
- Follow up with new leads, missed calls, old leads, enquiries and pending appointments.
- Maintain professional communication and provide accurate information as per approved company guidelines.
- Ensure 100% source capture for every enquiry.
- Update all calls, enquiries, appointments, follow-ups and outcomes accurately in CRM.
- Coordinate with Counsellors, Doctors and Front Desk regarding appointments and patient requirements.
- Send appointment confirmations and reminders through approved communication channels.
- Track no-shows and reschedule appointments wherever required.




- Escalate significant patient concerns, complaints or service issues to the reporting manager.
- Protect patient data and maintain complete confidentiality; company-provided SIM/communication channels must be used for patient contacts.
- Achieve assigned daily, monthly lead, appointment and conversion targets with attractive pay + monthly incentives
- Prepare daily closing reports and highlight key issues or pending follow-ups.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
