Core Responsibilities

- Responsible for increasing business in the assigned geography /cluster
- Participate in meetings with branch leaders and training branch staff/reportees regarding product advantages and features.
- Connect to customers, understand needs, provide closures..
- Complete understanding of product, process, pricing, subvention, guidelines etc.
- Hire, train and motivate sales officers to improve their productivity and revenue.
- Ensure coordination with team for sales, activation and service TATs
- Create cross sell opportunities of other products.
- Effectively use productivity tool for lead management and record all meetings /activities/ trainings with the branch team.
