Role Description The Creative Producer is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role involves developing and executing original content concepts for digital, entertainment, and sports formats, from ideation through delivery.

The Creative

Producer will manage the production lifecycle, including script development, shoot planning, coordination with directors, crew, and talent, and overseeing post-production to ensure high-quality output. Daily tasks include supervising video shoots, collaborating with writers and editors, aligning content with brand and marketing objectives, and ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget. The role requires close coordination with internal teams and external partners to deliver compelling,



audience-focused storytelling across multiple channels.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Candidates should possess Video Production skills, such as experience with pre-production planning, directing or supervising shoots, and overseeing post-production workflows.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills, including timeline management, resource coordination, budgeting, and stakeholder alignment.
- Candidates should possess Photography skills, with an eye for composition, visual storytelling, and familiarity with camera and lighting techniques.
- Candidates should possess Marketing skills, including understanding of audience engagement, digital platforms, and content performance metrics.
- Relevant qualifications include experience in media, entertainment, or digital content production; ability to work on-site in Mumbai; strong creative judgment; and proficiency with common production and editing tools.
- A bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field is preferred, along with a portfolio demonstrating produced video or digital content.
