The Counter Salesperson will be responsible for handling customers at the store, understanding their requirements, explaining mobile phones, accessories, offers, exchange options, EMI and other available products/services, and converting enquiries into sales. The salesperson must maintain positive communication and customer service, demonstrate product features accurately, follow the company’s pricing and sales policies, and ensure that all billing and sales processes are completed correctly. The role also includes maintaining proper product and stock information, coordinating with the warehouse and store team, keeping the counter and displayed products organized, assisting customers after sales when required, and achieving assigned sales targets.

The candidate should be confident, polite, customer-focused, and willing to learn about new mobile models, accessories, offers and finance schemes. Any mismatch, incorrect pricing, unauthorized discount, or process violation must be reported and handled as per company policy.
