ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Counter Sales Executive , you will be an important part of our customer-facing team and will be responsible for creating an excellent shopping experience for customers. Your main responsibility will be to understand customer requirements, showcase products, explain features and benefits, assist customers in selecting suitable products, and convert enquiries into successful sales.

Explain product features, quality, specifications, pricing, and benefits. Provide product demonstrations and presentations when required. Answer customer questions and resolve concerns professionally. Build trust and maintain strong customer relationships.

Convince customers and convert enquiries into sales. Follow up with interested customers when required. Maintain updated knowledge of products, new arrivals, offers, and promotions.



Ensure the sales counter and product display area are clean and well organized.

Coordinate with the team regarding billing, stock availability, orders, and customer requirements. Achieve daily, monthly, and individual sales targets. Maintain basic customer and sales records. Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale.
