- Cash & Billing Management: Operate the POS system, process transactions accurately, and reconcile daily cash collections without discrepancies.Customer Service: Greet customers, process orders, and resolve complaints or queries professionally.Team Supervision: Guide, mentor, and monitor the counter team to ensure compliance with service standards.
