Role & responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Estimation, Costing, and Drafting Department and oversee its day-to-day operations.
- Develop departmental plans, targets, KPIs, and performance objectives in alignment with organizational goals.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate departmental team members and ensure effective allocation of work.
- Review and oversee preparation of estimates, BOQs, costing sheets, quotations, and project cost calculations.
- Analyze project drawings, specifications, BOQs, and scope of work to ensure accurate estimation and costing.
