About Role:

We are looking for a energetic Team Leader to guide, motivate, and elevate our team.

In this role, you will act as a player, coach,balancing daily operational goals with the professional growth of your team members.

Experience: 3 - 5 years

Education: Any UG / PG

Job Location: Pune, Shukrawar Peth

Work timing : Day Shift ( 9:30AM - 6:30 PM)

Preferred Candidates background : Motor Insurance / Credit card / Tele sales / Call center / BPO - Out bound sales Expereince

1. Daily Target Management: Drive day-to-day operations to ensure customer care executives meet their daily performance and sales targets.

2. Call Audits & Quality Control: Conduct regular call audits to monitor quality, compliance, and identify gaps in performance.

3. Training & Development:



Design and manage regular training processes for both new joiners and existing callers to sharpen their skills.

4. Sales Conversion: Leverage coaching and quality insights to directly drive and improve sales conversion rates across the team.
