Copywriter & Client Servicing Executive:

About the Role

We're looking for a Copywriter & Client Servicing Executive to join our brand strategy team. This is a hybrid role for someone who loves writing sharp, on-brand copy for social media and digital campaigns, and who's equally comfortable managing client relationships, timelines, and day-to-day account coordination. You'll work directly across multiple client accounts, translating brand strategy into content that performs — and making sure clients feel heard, informed, and excited about the work.

What You'll Do

- Write copy for social media posts, captions, campaigns, and digital content across multiple client accounts and brand voices
- Develop content calendars and campaign copy aligned with each client's strategy and tone of voice
- Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients — managing requests, timelines, and feedback loops
- Coordinate between the creative/design team and clients to ensure deliverables are on-brief and on-time
- Prepare and present content calendars, reports, and campaign recaps to clients
- Stay on top of platform trends, formats, and best practices across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social channels
- Proofread and edit copy for grammar,



tone, and brand consistency before it goes out

What We're Looking For

- 0–2 years of experience in copywriting, content, social media, or client servicing (internships count)
- Strong written English with the ability to adapt tone and voice across different brands
- Comfortable juggling multiple clients and deadlines at once
- Good communication skills — confident presenting ideas and handling client conversations
- A genuine interest in social media, branding, and pop culture/trends
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, English, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Bonus: familiarity with tools like Google Slides/Canva, basic understanding of social media analytics
