Content Strategist & Social Media Manager

Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and strategic Content Strategist to develop engaging content, manage our social media presence, and build a strong, consistent brand voice across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute content strategies aligned with business and marketing goals.
- Plan and manage monthly content and social media calendars.
- Create and manage content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop content ideas, captions, reels, posts, blogs, and campaign concepts.
- Research audience interests, industry trends, and competitors to identify content opportunities.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across platforms.
- Monitor social media performance and provide insights to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Collaborate with designers, video creators, marketing,



and other teams to execute campaigns.
- Stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, and emerging content formats.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in content strategy, social media management, digital marketing, or a related role.
- Strong writing, communication, and creative thinking skills.
- Positive understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
- Experience with social media analytics and scheduling tools.
- Ability to manage multiple content projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills: Canva, Meta Business Suite, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, SEO tools, and basic video/content editing. Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
