About Your Pandit Ji

Your Pandit Ji is a digital platform connecting customers with temples, mandirs, pujaris and spiritual services through technology. We are building a trusted ecosystem where customers can conveniently discover and book puja and spiritual services while temples and pujaris can participate in a structured digital marketplace.

We are looking for a Content Creator & Temple/Priest Coordination Executive who can work as the bridge between Mandirs, Pujaris, the Your Pandit Ji platform and customers.

Key Responsibilities1. Photo, Video & Content Creation

- Visit temples, mandirs and puja locations for professional photo and video recording.
- Capture high-quality photographs and videos of pujas, rituals, temples, priests and spiritual experiences.
- Record short-form videos suitable for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and other social platforms.
- Shoot interviews, testimonials, behind-the-scenes content and informational videos.
- Plan and execute content shoots based on the company's content calendar.

2. Reels & Video Editing

- Edit short-form videos, Reels and Shorts using tools such as CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, VN or similar platforms.
- Add captions, subtitles, music, transitions, hooks and appropriate branding.
- Create engaging content around pujas, festivals, temples, rituals and spiritual traditions.
- Repurpose long-form footage into multiple short-form content pieces.

3. Social Media Management

- Upload and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
- Manage captions, hashtags, thumbnails, descriptions and posting schedules.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity.
- Monitor basic engagement and content performance.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for content calendars and campaigns.

4. Live Streaming

- Coordinate and manage live streaming of pujas, aartis, festivals and temple events.
- Set up and test basic camera, mobile, tripod, microphone and streaming equipment.
- Coordinate with temples and pujaris before and during live sessions.
- Ensure smooth communication between the temple,



platform team and customers during live events.

5. Temple & Pujari Coordination

- Establish and maintain relationships with mandirs, temples and pujaris.
- Coordinate schedules, puja timings, availability and service requirements.
- Explain the Your Pandit Ji platform and its processes to priests and temple representatives.
- Collect required service information, photographs, videos and content from temples/pujaris.
- Ensure accurate information is available on the platform.

6. Company Representative

- Act as an official Your Pandit Ji representative while interacting with temples, pujaris and customers.
- Represent the company professionally during temple visits, meetings and content shoots.
- Build trust and long-term relationships with temple and priest partners.
- Understand partner concerns and coordinate with the internal team for resolution.

7. Bridge Between Platform & Customers The candidate will act as a key communication bridge between: Mandir / Temple ↔ Pujari ↔ Your Pandit Ji Platform ↔ Customer

Responsibilities include:

- Understanding customer requirements.
- Communicating booking/service details to the concerned pujari or temple.
- Coordinating timing, puja requirements and availability.
- Escalating issues to the appropriate internal team.
- Ensuring smooth service delivery and customer experience.
- Following up after services where required.

8. Content Writing & AI Tools

- Write basic captions, social media posts, video scripts and short content.
- Use AI tools for content ideas, scripts, captions, research and content optimisation.
- Research trending formats and topics relevant to spirituality, temples, festivals and Hindu rituals.
- Assist in developing new content concepts and campaigns.

Required Skills

- 1–2 years of experience in digital content creation, social media, video creation or digital platforms.
- Positive knowledge of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and social media posting.
- Basic video/photo shooting and editing skills.
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, VN,



Premiere Pro or similar tools.
- Comfortable using smartphones, cameras, microphones and basic recording equipment.
- Basic content writing and communication skills.
- Comfortable using AI tools for content creation.
- Good Hindi and English communication skills.
- Strong coordination and relationship-management skills.
- Willingness to travel locally to temples/mandirs for shoots and coordination.
- Presentable, confident and comfortable representing the company externally.
