We are hiring freshers for a 3-month contractual Chat & Email Support role. Candidates will be responsible for handling customer queries through chat and email, ensuring accurate and timely responses while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through chat and email only – no calling involved.
- Provide accurate and professional responses to customer queries.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Maintain good typing speed and accuracy while handling multiple interactions.
- Navigate computer systems and applications efficiently.
- Follow defined processes, guidelines, and quality standards.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and maintain productivity.

Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers only
- Candidates from 2024, 2025 & 2026 graduation batches
- Any Graduate can apply.
- All semester marksheets are mandatory.
- Degree certificate is mandatory.




- Minimum typing speed: 30 WPM
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and good system-handling skills.
- Candidates must be comfortable working from office.
- Candidates should be versatile with shift timings.

Important Requirements
- Mandatory WFO during the training period.
- Shifts are not fixed; however, the primary shift will be 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST.
- Candidates must be available to work 5 days a week.
- No PTO will be allowed during peak periods due to high business volumes.
- This is a 3-month contractual opportunity.
- Walk-in interviews are preferred for faster assessment and selection.

Preferred Candidate Profile We are looking for candidates with:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good typing speed and accuracy
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to work from office and in rotational/non-fixed shifts
- Immediate/short-notice joiners preferred
