Role Description The Consultant Pediatrician will provide comprehensive pediatric care in an online, part time role.

Responsibilities include conducting patient consultations, diagnosing and prescribing. The role involves managing neonatal and pediatric consultation, coordinating care for newborns, and collaborating closely with other physicians and allied healthcare professionals.

The Consultant

Pediatrician will maintain accurate medical records, use evidence-based protocols, and participate in case discussions and quality improvement initiatives. The pediatrician is expected to provide clear,



compassionate communication to parents and caregivers and support integrated care in alignment with HopeQure’s multidisciplinary approach.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong clinical expertise in Medicine and Primary Care to manage a wide range of pediatric presentations in outpatient and inpatient settings.
- Candidates should possess specialized skills in Pediatrics and Neonatology, including growth and development assessment, vaccination schedules, neonatal resuscitation, and management of common pediatric and neonatal conditions.
- Candidates should possess experience in Working with Physicians and multidisciplinary teams, including effective coordination with other specialists, mental health professionals, and allied health staff.
- MBBS with MD/DNB in Pediatrics (or equivalent recognized qualification); valid medical registration with relevant medical council.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a high-volume clinical setting, with strong diagnostic, decision-making, and emergency management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and at least one major Indian language; ability to counsel parents and caregivers sensitively and clearly.
- Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care, continuous learning, and adherence to clinical guidelines and organizational protocols.
- Prior experience in a hospital or multispecialty clinic setting in urban India is preferred; familiarity with digital health tools and electronic medical records is an advantage.
