Position: Consultant Physiotherapist – Part time

Qualification: MPT (Master of Physiotherapy)

Location: Borivali West, Mumbai

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Job Type: Part-Time | Hybrid

Salary: ₹15,000/- In-Hand + Performance-Based Incentives

About the Role

We are looking for a qualified and experienced MPT Physiotherapist to join our team as a Part-Time Consultant Physiotherapist .

The role involves providing professional physiotherapy services through a hybrid model , including both in-clinic consultations and home physiotherapy visits .

The ideal candidate should have strong clinical knowledge, excellent patient-handling skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to independently manage patient assessments and treatment plans.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and evaluate patients' physical conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans based on patient needs.
- Provide physiotherapy treatment for musculoskeletal, orthopedic, neurological, sports, post-operative, and pain-related conditions as appropriate to clinical expertise.
- Deliver in-clinic physiotherapy sessions and home physiotherapy visits .
- Perform therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, electrotherapy, mobility training, and other appropriate physiotherapy interventions.
- Monitor patients' progress and modify treatment plans when required.
- Educate patients and caregivers regarding exercises, posture, ergonomics, precautions, and home-care programs.
- Maintain accurate patient records, treatment notes,



assessments, and progress reports .
- Ensure high standards of patient care, clinical hygiene, safety, and professional ethics .
- Build positive relationships with patients and contribute to a high-quality patient experience.
- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals whenever required for comprehensive patient management.
- Encourage patient adherence to prescribed rehabilitation programs.
- Support patient retention and contribute to the growth of physiotherapy services through excellent clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements
- MPT / Master of Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant clinical experience .
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment-planning skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently during both clinic and home visits.
- Professional, compassionate, and patient-focused approach.
- Willingness to travel for assigned home physiotherapy visits .
- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
