As an early member of our EPM practice, you’ll have the opportunity to shape how we deliver projects, engage clients, and grow this recent business line.

The RoleWe're looking for a Consultant, to join our growing EPM practice and support delivery for our North American clients. This role is ideal for someone with a Big 4 consulting background who has worked on EPM implementations (Oracle, Anaplan, Adaptive, Planful, Pigment, Vena, or similar) and is looking for a more entrepreneurial, client-facing environment outside the traditional Big 4 structure.

You'll work directly with U.S. and Europe-based clients and PDR leadership, which requires overlapping with Eastern Standard Time (EST) working hours. In return, you'll get broad exposure across industries and clients, direct access to leadership, and a much flatter, faster-moving team than a typical Big 4 engagement.

This is a hands-on role spanning the full delivery lifecycle: discovery workshops, system configuration, training, and go-live support.

What You’ll Do

- Lead client onboarding and requirements-gathering sessions with U.S. and Europe finance stakeholders.
- Configure a leading EPM system to support budgeting, forecasting, consolidations, and reporting processes.




- Translate client business processes into technical system design and workflow automation.
- Build dashboards, reports, and data models aligned to client KPIs.
- Train client finance teams on system functionality and best practices.
- Collaborate with PDR leadership on refining delivery methodology and playbooks.
- Contribute to presales efforts including demos, scoping, and solution design.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients on FP&A; process improvement.

What We’re Looking For

- 2–5+ years of experience in EPM consulting, ideally at a Big 4 or top-tier consulting firm (Oracle, Planful, Adaptive, Anaplan, Pigment, Vena, or similar tools).
- Prior experience delivering to North American clients preferred.
- Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; ability to translate business needs into structured solutions.
- Comfort working directly with clients and presenting to finance leaders.
- Willingness and ability to work EST hours to overlap with U.S. and Europe clients and team.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a boutique, entrepreneurial consulting environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bonus: prior experience with SaaS implementations, BI/reporting tools, or integrations.
