Lead and manage end-to-end construction activities for utility-scale solar power projects, ensuring achievement of project milestones, quality standards, safety requirements, and budget targets.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, contractors, consultants, and site teams for execution of civil, mechanical, electrical, transmission line, and substation activities.
Monitor construction progress, resource deployment, productivity, and contractor performance while addressing project risks, delays, and technical challenges.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, statutory regulations, HSSE requirements, quality standards, and company policies throughout the construction lifecycle.
