Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Construction Site Engineer role based in Chennai.

The Construction Site

Engineer will oversee day-to-day site operations, including supervising civil works, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and ensuring adherence to design specifications and structural engineering standards. The role involves monitoring quality control, tracking project progress, managing timelines, and supporting resolution of on-site issues. The engineer will collaborate with the design and project management teams, prepare site reports and documentation,



and ensure compliance with safety regulations and local building codes.

The selected candidate is expected to join immediately and contribute to the smooth execution of interior and construction projects.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong in office supervision skills and prior experience managing construction activities at project locations.
- Candidates should possess effective communication skills for coordinating with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess quality control and inspection skills to ensure materials, workmanship, and finishes meet company standards.
- Candidates should possess structural engineering and civil engineering knowledge relevant to building, interior, and renovation projects.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; professional certifications in construction or project management are an advantage.
- Familiarity with construction drawings, site measurements, and basic project planning tools; exposure to interior fit-out projects is beneficial.
- Strong understanding of safety practices, local building regulations, and compliance requirements.
