with responsibility for a workforce of

5,000+ employees

- Proven experience in managing salary benchmarking and compensation benchmarking for a large employee population.

- End-to-end management of annual increment / merit cycles, salary reviews, promotions, and compensation budgets

.

- Hands-on experience in managing bonus, incentives, and variable pay programs

, including payout calculations and analysis.

- Strong knowledge of market salary surveys

, compensation benchmarking methodologies, and market competitiveness analysis.

- Experience in participating in and analysing salary surveys and translating market data into actionable compensation recommendations.

- Expertise in preparing benchmarking reports, compensation analytics, dashboards, MIS, and management reports

.

- Experience in designing,



reviewing, and implementing salary structures, pay bands, grading structures, and compensation frameworks

.

- Ability to identify compensation gaps, internal equity issues, and market positioning and recommend corrective actions.

- Advanced proficiency in

MS Excel

, including large-data analysis, compensation modelling, reporting, and data interpretation.

- Strong capability in

HR analytics, compensation data management, and data-driven decision-making

.

- Experience working in a global / multinational organization and handling large-scale compensation data is highly preferred.

- Exposure to compensation practices across multiple business units, locations, or geographies would be an added advantage.
