Conduct BP and Blood Sugar screening of women at community-level camps. Perform BP measurement and blood glucose testing accurately as per protocol. Ensure proper use and handling of BP and sugar testing equipment. Identify beneficiaries with abnormal readings and guide them for appropriate follow-up/referral. Maintain accurate records of screening results and beneficiary details. Support Field Executives during health screening camps. Coordinate with ASHA workers, Anganwadi workers and other frontline workers. Provide basic health awareness related to BP, diabetes and healthy lifestyle. Ensure proper hygiene and safety practices during screening activities. Participate in team meetings and training sessions. Submit daily screening data and activity updates to the District Coordinator.
Support the project team in achieving the target of screening 7,000 women.
