Bakingo is looking for motivated and hardworking individuals to join our kitchen team as Commi Cook / Commi Ops. The role involves supporting day-to-day kitchen operations, food preparation, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring smooth and efficient production.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen production as per standard recipes.
- Follow proper food safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, portioning, and presentation.
- Handle kitchen equipment and ingredients safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Support inventory management and minimize food wastage.
- Follow daily production plans and operational guidelines.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely order preparation.
- Maintain company quality and operational standards.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a commercial kitchen, bakery, QSR, restaurant, or food production environment is preferred.
- Freshers with a passion for cooking and willingness to learn may also apply.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.
- Valuable teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
