Role Description The Co-Founder role at K-DenceAI is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune District. The Co-Founder will work closely with other founders to shape the company vision, define strategy, and drive execution across product development, go-to-market, and operations.

Day-to-day responsibilities include leading customer and market research, collaborating with product and engineering teams to refine features, and partnering with marketing and sales to validate and scale product-market fit. The role involves building key external relationships, representing the company with potential investors, partners, and early customers, and establishing internal processes, culture, and performance metrics. The Co-Founder is expected to make hands-on contributions,



take ownership of critical decisions, and help guide the company through early-stage growth.

Qualifications

- Robust analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making, including the ability to interpret market, product, and customer insights.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly to internal teams, customers, and stakeholders.
- Proven sales skills, including experience in customer discovery, pitching solutions, and closing strategic deals or partnerships.
- Marketing skills with experience in positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for technology or SaaS products.
- Research capabilities, including conducting market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and user interviews to inform product and business strategy.
- Prior experience in a startup or early-stage environment, ideally in a product-led or AI-driven company.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams, build processes from the ground up, and adapt in a fast-changing environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; entrepreneurial experience or previous founding role is highly beneficial.
