Role & responsibilities

Shift: 8-Hour Shift + 4 Hours OT

- Set up and operate HMC ,VMC , CNC machines as per production requirements.
- Read and understand engineering drawings, dimensions and tolerances.
- Perform tool setting, fixture setting and tool offset adjustments.
- Monitor machining operations and ensure component quality.
- Check component dimensions using measuring instruments.
- Develop, modify and optimize CNC programs for HMC and VMC machines.
- Have robust knowledge of G-code and M-code.
- Follow 5S, safety and continuous improvement
