- Set CNC Turning / VMC machines as per drawing, process sheet and job requirements.

- Perform complete job setting, including fixture, tool and workpiece setting.

- Set tool offsets, work offsets and coordinate systems.

- Load, verify and make necessary edits to CNC programs.

- Read and interpret engineering drawings, dimensions and tolerances.

- Select suitable cutting tools, inserts and machining parameters.

- Conduct trial runs and first-piece inspection before production.

- Make necessary offset corrections during production.

- Monitor tool wear and replace tools/inserts when required.

- Troubleshoot basic machining, tooling and fixture-related issues.

- Ensure cycle time and production targets are achieved.

- Coordinate with Quality, Production and Maintenance teams.

- Maintain machine setting sheets, tool records and production records.

- Follow safety, quality and 5S standards.

- Maintain machine cleanliness and support basic preventive maintenance.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
