Role Description The Cluster Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Krishna & NTR districts (5 branches), responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of multiple Samskruthi Play Schools within the designated cluster. This role includes coordinating academic and daycare activities, ensuring adherence to school policies and quality standards, and supporting principals and staff in delivering value-based education.

The Cluster

Manager will monitor enrollment, parent satisfaction, and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, while identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.



Daily tasks include visiting centers, conducting reviews, guiding teams, managing reporting and documentation, and collaborating with leadership on growth and process enhancement initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience supervising multiple locations or units.
- Operational management abilities, including planning, scheduling, process oversight, and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with staff, parents, and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of early childhood education or school administration practices; prior experience in education, childcare, or related fields is preferred.
- Ability to analyze performance data, prepare reports, and implement improvement strategies.
- Comfort with basic digital tools and documentation for coordination, tracking, and communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Management, or a related discipline; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Commitment to child safety, value-based education, and maintaining a positive, inclusive environment.
