Cluster Head/Associate Zonal Head- Health Insurance Reporting to Zonal Manager Sales The Associate Zonal Head is a critical leadership role responsible for driving business growth, achieving sales target and ensuring operational efficiency within an area of branches/location. This role involves leading and managing a team of branch managers, sales managers & other personnel to maximize productivity, enhance customer satisfaction and expand market share. A strong understanding of the insurance industry, coupled with exceptional leadership and communication skills, is essential for success in this role Key Responsibilities o Develop & implement strategic sales plans to achieve & exceed clusterlevel sales targets for various health insurance products o Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions o Identify and explore new business opportunities and market segments to expand clusters reach o Faster and stronger relationships with key partners & Agents o Ensure that the sales team is well trained in all products and sales processes o Lead motivate & mentor a team of sales managers, branch managers, area managers and other personnel o Set clear performance objective, provide regular feedback and conduct performance appraisal o Recruit,



onboard and train new team members as needed o Resolve conflicts and address performance issues in a timely and professional manner o Ensure compliance with industry regulation and company policies o Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with sales and operational activities o Ensure compliance with all applicable Laws, regulations and company policies Qualification &

Experience o Bachelors degree in business, Insurance, Finance or related fields.
