We are looking for an experienced Clinical Data Manager to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in clinical data management activities across the study lifecycle, from protocol conversion and database build through data cleaning, reconciliation, validation, and database closeout.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage clinical data management activities throughout the study lifecycle.
- Support protocol conversion and clinical database development/build.
- Design and review CRFs/eCRFs based on study requirements.
- Perform clinical data review, cleaning, and discrepancy management.
- Manage and resolve data queries in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Perform data reconciliation and ensure data consistency and quality.
- Support database validation and maintenance activities.
- Coordinate database closeout activities and ensure study deliverables are completed on time.
- Identify data quality issues and support appropriate resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clinical data management deliverables meet project requirements.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Clinical Data Management preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field or equivalent experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of clinical data management processes and standards.
- Hands-on experience with database build, CRF/eCRF design, data review, reconciliation, query management, and data cleaning.
- Experience in database validation, discrepancy management, maintenance, and closeout.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Project.
- CCDM certification is preferred.
