About the Role

VLCC is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Clinic Head to manage the overall operations, sales, customer experience, and team performance of the clinic. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in clinic, salon, beauty, wellness, aesthetics, or related service businesses, with proven leadership and business management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the clinic and ensure smooth functioning.
- Drive clinic revenue, sales targets, profitability, and business growth.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales and operational targets.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the clinic team, including therapists, consultants, front-office and support staff.
- Monitor individual and team performance and ensure achievement of assigned KPIs.
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, escalations, and complaints professionally.
- Drive customer retention, repeat visits, referrals, and new customer acquisition.
- Ensure effective conversion of leads and walk-in customers into paid services/packages.
- Monitor and improve clinic productivity, appointment utilization, and staff efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to VLCC's SOPs, service standards, hygiene, grooming, and safety protocols.
- Maintain proper inventory, stock levels, equipment, and clinic infrastructure.
- Coordinate with the central/regional team on sales, operations, marketing, HR, and other business requirements.
- Prepare and review regular sales,



operational, and performance reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve clinic performance and implement corrective actions.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 5–10 years of relevant work experience.
- Must have prior experience in Clinic Management or Salon Management.
- Experience in Beauty, Wellness, Aesthetics, Dermatology, Cosmetology, Healthcare Clinics, Premium Salons, or similar service businesses will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of sales, business development, team handling, and customer management.
- Proven ability to manage targets and achieve revenue goals.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong customer-service orientation with a qualified and well-groomed personality.
- Ability to manage multiple operational responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience Mandatory: Candidates should have experience managing a clinic or salon.

Candidates from VLCC, premium salons, beauty & wellness chains, aesthetic/dermatology clinics, cosmetology centres, or similar businesses will be preferred.
