We are looking for a proactive Client Servicing Executive/ Social Media Manager to manage client relationships and coordinate creative projects across digital and mainline advertising. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience working with real estate clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day client communication and build strong relationships.

- Understand briefs and translate them into clear briefs for the creative team.

- Coordinate with creative, copy, design, social media, video and production teams.

- Manage campaigns across social media, digital, print, outdoor, POSM and other mainline mediums.

- Track timelines, feedback, revisions and approvals to ensure timely delivery.

- Prepare presentations, estimates, status reports and creative decks.

- Coordinate adaptations and multiple-format deliverables.

- Participate in creative discussions and contribute ideas where required.

- Coordinate with vendors and production partners when needed.

What We're Looking For:





- 1–3 years of experience in an advertising / digital agency and should have worked with Real Estate clients.

- Valuable understanding of digital + mainline advertising.

- Excellent communication, coordination and follow-up skills.

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Good presentation and organisational skills.

- Comfortable using Canva, ChatGPT and other AI tools to create presentations, research, develop ideas and improve productivity.

- Curious about emerging AI tools and willing to experiment with new ways of working.

- Most importantly, someone who takes ownership, is proactive and gets things done.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
