Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Client Servicing Executive to manage client communication, coordinate with creative & production teams, and ensure smooth execution of projects from brief to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage client communication and relationships
- Understand client briefs and coordinate internal teams
- Work closely with creative, design, video, and production teams
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and approvals
- Manage client feedback and revisions
- Ensure quality checks before final delivery
- Maintain project reports and documentation

Candidate Profile

- 2–5 years of experience in Advertising, Creative, Digital Marketing, Branding, Production, Content, or Media Agency
- Graduate in Advertising, Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Business, Design, or related fields
