We are hiring Client Sales Officers for a field sales role in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities: Acquire current customers from assigned areas. Conduct area surveys and identify potential borrowers. Promote group loan products through customer meetings and field visits. Identify and onboard new borrowers and assist with group formation.

Explain loan products, repayment terms and processes to customers. Collect and verify KYC and required documents. Support loan application and documentation processes. Support loan disbursement and ensure customers understand repayment schedules.

Follow up with delinquent customers. Maintain proper customer records and complete daily reporting. Travel within the assigned field area as required.

Candidate Requirements: Minimum 12th Pass. Freshers can be considered. Experienced candidates should have minimum 1 year of experience.

Field

Sales background preferred. Basic computer knowledge and basic email-writing skills.



Good communication and customer-handling skills. Good numerical and analytical ability. Comfortable with field work and local travel. Bike valid driving licence preferred; public transport candidates can also be considered.
