Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support a team within client relations and customer engagement
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and customers
- Act as a point of contact for client queries and ongoing support
- Monitor team performance and help achieve business objectives

- Assist with onboarding and training new team members
- Handle feedback professionally and help resolve client concerns
- Attend team meetings, training sessions and client-related activities
- Take on increasing responsibility across team leadership and business operations
