The Primary School Teacher is responsible for providing effective teaching and learning to all the students by supporting their academic, social, emotional, and overall development. The teacher should be able to create a positive, protected, and engaging classroom environment as it will encourage the students to develop good learning habits and values.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver lessons according to the school curriculum.
- Explain concepts in a simple, clear, and age-appropriate manner.
- Complete the prescribed syllabus within the academic schedule.
- Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment.
- Ensure students follow classroom rules and school policies.
- Conduct class tests, assignments, activities, and examinations.
- Evaluate students' work and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain professional conduct and punctuality.
- Work cooperatively with other teachers and school staff.
- Maintain confidentiality of student and school information.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
