About the Role: Studio Elements Private Limited is looking for an experienced and responsible Civil Site Supervisor to oversee and manage civil and interior fit-out activities at project sites. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in civil works along with interior design project execution and site coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise day-to-day civil and interior work activities at project sites.

· Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, designs, specifications, and quality standards.

· Coordinate with contractors, vendors, labour teams, and internal project teams. Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.

· Conduct regular quality checks and identify execution-related issues. Ensure proper material utilization and minimize wastage.

· Maintain daily site progress reports and updates. Coordinate with designers and project managers for smooth project execution.

· Resolve on-site technical and operational challenges. Ensure site safety, cleanliness, and discipline.

Candidate Requirements

· Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.

· Minimum 4–5 years of relevant site supervision experience.



Experience in both civil construction and interior design project execution is advantage.

· Solid knowledge of civil construction, finishing works, and interior fit-out execution.

· Ability to read and understand architectural, civil, and interior drawings.

· Experience in coordinating contractors, vendors, and labour teams. Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to manage multiple sites and work within project timelines.

Preferred Experience in the following areas will be preferred:

· Residential and Commercial Interior Projects

· Civil Renovation and Fit-Out Works Flooring,

· False Ceiling, Painting and Finishing Works Carpentry and Interior Execution Contractor and Labour Management.

Compensation Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and project exposure.
