About the Role

We are looking for a Civil Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day civil construction and maintenance activities at Aachi project sites. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating contractors and labour, monitoring work quality, and ensuring timely execution as per drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
- Coordinate with civil contractors, subcontractors, engineers, vendors and labour teams.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications and project timelines.
- Monitor activities including RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, painting, waterproofing and finishing works.
- Check the quality of materials and workmanship and highlight deviations.
- Monitor labour deployment, material availability and work progress.
- Read and understand civil drawings, layouts and specifications.
- Take site measurements and support BOQ and quantity verification.
- Coordinate with contractors to resolve site-level technical and execution issues.
- Prepare regular site progress reports and updates.
- Ensure proper utilisation of materials and minimise wastage.
- Follow and enforce site safety,



housekeeping and work discipline.
- Support project engineers in ensuring timely completion and quality execution.

Candidate Profile
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred.
- 3 - 10 years of experience in civil construction/site supervision.
- Robust practical knowledge of building construction and finishing works.
- Ability to read and interpret civil drawings.
- Good experience in contractor and labour management.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials and methods.
- Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Should be hands-on and comfortable working at construction/project sites.
- Experience in industrial, factory, commercial or FMCG projects will be an advantage.
