Role & responsibilities

1. Lead quality non-conformance analysis to the root cause & follow-up for completion with the team
2. Manages engineering project teams, including staffing, supervision, performance management, training, and development
3. Coordinates wastewater and surface water engineering functions and projects with other departments and agencies
4. Leads and reviews consultant selection, reviews standard engineering agreements, contract documents and contractor selection
5. Researches and provides financial strategies, including grants administration, to coordinate, prepare, and submit funding requests
6. Studying construction and plant site drawings, reporting any construction issues, developing a plan to safely build plate steel structures, also completion of associated works while considering schedules and budgets
7. Understands contractual obligations
