- Interpretation and Execution of project as per structural and architectural drawings
- Coordinating with department(Preferably in Hindi or English atleast) on a regular basis on the work being executed
- Supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction activities including excavation, PCC, RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, painting and finishing works.
- Prepare and verify subcontractor measurements, RA bills, material reconciliation and quantity statements.
- Monitor consumption of cement, steel, concrete and other construction materials against approved BOQ quantities and minimize material wastage.
- Prepare daily progress reports, work completion reports, measurement sheets and other project documentation.
