: Civil Engineer

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our architecture firm, working closely with architects, designers, consultants, and project teams throughout all phases of planning, design, coordination, and execution of architectural and building projects. The successful candidate will serve as a critical bridge between architectural vision and structural feasibility, ensuring that projects are protected, code-compliant, cost-effective, and seamlessly coordinated across all engineering disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with architects during concept, schematic, and detailed design stages to integrate civil and structural requirements
- Review architectural drawings and provide civil/structural inputs, ensuring structural feasibility and design intent
- Perform design, computations, and evaluations associated with civil/site, municipal, and land development projects
- Develop construction documents, specifications, and technical reports for a full range of public and private sector civil engineering projects
- Ensure designs comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape,



and other consultants to ensure seamless integration of all disciplines
- Prepare due diligence and site feasibility studies
- Prepare detailed estimates, tender documents, and bills of quantities (BOQs) for both government and private works Project Management & Site Supervision
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets
- Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and field investigations to assess and document field conditions
- Resolve technical issues arising during design and construction phases
- Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications and safety standards
- Review construction methodologies, shop drawings, and contractor submissions
- Monitor material quality, workmanship, and verify contractor bills
- Prepare project reports and progress updates for management and clients Documentation & Approvals
- Prepare technical reports, specifications, and tender documents
- Assist in obtaining statutory approvals and clearances from regulatory agencies
- Review contracts and technical agreements
- Maintain comprehensive project records and documentation
- Prepare and review permit submittals
