Hiring: Civil Engineer / Site Engineer

Locations: Ahmedabad & Surat

Experience: 3+ Years (B.E./B.Tech Civil)

Alternative Qualification

Diploma in Civil Engineering candidates may also apply with relevant experience of 10+ years in construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise construction activities at project sites.

Ensure timely execution of civil works as per project plans and quality standards.

Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Monitor project progress, material utilization, and site productivity.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Review drawings, BOQs, project schedules, and execution plans.

Prepare project reports and maintain site documentation.

Resolve in office technical issues and ensure smooth project execution.

Candidate Requirements

B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering with minimum 10 years of construction experience.





Diploma in Civil Engineering with minimum 10 years of relevant construction experience.

Experience in residential, commercial, industrial, infrastructure, or large-scale construction projects.

Strong knowledge of site execution, project coordination, quality control, and safety practices.

Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and manage project timelines effectively.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project documentation will be preferred.

Preferred Background

Candidates from reputed construction, infrastructure, real estate, EPC, or industrial project companies.

Experience in handling large-scale construction projects will be an added advantage.
