Job Summary

We are looking for a Civil Engineer with 3–4 years of hands-on construction experience to manage and supervise day-to-day site activities. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of civil construction, site execution, contractor coordination, quality control, quantity estimation, and project documentation.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that construction activities are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and execute day-to-day civil construction activities at project sites.
- Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved architectural and structural drawings, BOQ, specifications, and schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and site teams.
- Check site measurements, quantities, levels, dimensions, and workmanship.
- Prepare and verify BOQs, quantity take-offs, material requirements, and measurements.
- Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and daily site productivity.
- Ensure proper execution of RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring,



waterproofing, finishing, and other civil works.
- Monitor the quality of incoming construction materials and completed works.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned teams for timely resolution.
- Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPRs), site records, measurement sheets, and other project documentation.
- Track project progress against planned schedules and highlight delays or risks.
- Coordinate with billing/QS teams for measurements, contractor bills, and quantity verification.
- Ensure compliance with project quality, safety, and environmental requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections and maintain proper records of work completed.
- Assist in planning and execution of project activities to achieve timely completion.

Required Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in civil construction/site execution.
- Experience in residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure construction will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, drawings, and site practices.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
