- Supervise and monitor construction activities to ensure work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

- Prepare and review engineering drawings, BOQs, quantity take-offs, estimates, and project documentation.

- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and other project teams.

- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure proper execution of civil works including concrete, reinforcement, masonry, and finishing works.

- Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, and resources to achieve project targets and deadlines.

- Perform quantity measurements and verify contractor bills, material quantities, and completed work.

- Ensure compliance with construction standards, safety regulations, and quality control procedures.

- Identify site issues and provide effective technical solutions to minimize delays, rework, and material wastage.

- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports and maintain accurate site records, inspection reports, and as-built documentation.

Pay: ₹10,889.38 - ₹45,816.52 per month
