1. Execute structural and civil safety projects at existing sites, including maintenance, strengthening, rectification, critical site resolution, site safety and hygiene activities, and dismantling, as applicable, based on inputs from the Planning and Telecom Engineering & Construction (TEC) teams.
2. Coordinate with Planning and Telecom Engineering & Construction (TEC) teams to ensure strengthening drawings are received on time and are operationally and technically feasible.
3. Implement end-to-end project management for safety projects, including site surveys, rectification solutions, and execution within defined turnaround times.
4. Coordinate with Supply Chain Management for stock availability (Purchase Requisition by Planning and Purchase Order by Supply Chain Management) and with partner teams for execution.
5. Ensure adherence to Cost of Quality (COQ) and Good Business Management (GBM) standards during project execution.
Quality Compliance & Partner Governance
1. Ensure partners comply with defined quality guidelines during project execution.
2. Monitor on-site project execution for adherence to safety, structural, and operational standards.
3. Maintain Permit to Work (PTW) compliance through partners and ensure outsourced activities meet safety and regulatory requirements.

Conduct inspections and audits for quality assurance and risk mitigation.
5. Coordinate with stakeholders to track deliverables and obtain quality sign-offs.
6. Maintain governance and audit readiness for all financial and process-related activities.
Customer & Stakeholder Coordination
1. Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Planning, Telecom Engineering & Construction, Supply Chain Management, Operations) to enable timely completion of safety projects.
2. Interact with customers as needed to gain site access, approvals, and resolve execution issues.
3. Track and escalate delays or risks that can impact project timelines or quality.
Special Projects, Maintenance & Cost Management
1. Execute foundation strengthening and scrap model projects.
2. Conduct routine maintenance, dismantling, and rectification of unsafe sites.
3. Monitor high-risk sites daily and implement risk mitigation measures.
4. Ensure all special projects and maintenance activities are completed within budget, quality and defined turnaround times.
Preferred candidate profile Mandatory - Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electrical/Structural/Electronics/Mechanical/Civil) or related field with minimum 6 years of experience
Preferred - Project Management Skilled (PMP) or any accredited project management certification
